The perfect introduction to learning how to sew, we’ll guide you through the essential skills and techniques you need, including knots, stitch types and patterns.
We recommend that younger and less experienced students should take our introductory class at least twice to gain confidence in their skills to create different types of projects. When you’re ready, join the Intermediate Sewing to start machine skills, such as threading, stitches, buttons, zippers, and more.
When you’re ready, join our intermediate classes to learn more advanced hand sewing techniques and we’ll introduce our sewing machines to help create more challenging projects.
When you’re ready to begin making your own clothes from a pattern, join us to focus on developing and personalizing a pair of pyjama shorts. You’ll learn a useful mix of Hand Sewing skills and Machine Sewing techniques.
