Drawing & Painting
For kids who love to see the world in new ways
Join us to explore the world through drawing and painting as you learn art fundamentals and visual techniques, in this class for kids who love to express their creativity! This class will develop their skills in colour theory, composition, perspective and shading.
Materials we use include acrylic, watercolour, dry colour medium, or markers. We may get messy in this class, so please dress accordingly.
What you’ll learn
- How to draw perspective, realistic scale and proportions
- The essentials of colour theory and paint mixing
- Shading and highlighting techniques that can be used in any medium
What you’ll use
- Drawing materials like pencils, pencil crayons, markers or pastels
- Painting supplies, brushes, palettes, acrylic or watercolour paints
