Pottery & Hand-Building Classes
Toronto’s best clay classes for Teens start with Intro to Pottery, where you’ll explore the essentials of both hand-building and pottery skills. You can also choose either a focused Hand-Building class, where you’ll imaginatively sculpt and construct with clay, or a Pottery Wheel class to develop your abilities to throw pots, plates and vases. You can also try pottery in our Workshops.
Intro to Pottery
Begin learning pottery and hand-building journey here! We’ll guide you step-by-step to hand-make beautiful projects with clay and introduce the pottery wheel to explore a range of creative ceramics projects
Pottery Wheel Classes
Practice makes perfect, which is especially true with pottery. In this class, you’ll focus on developing your skills to achieve consistent results as you learn to create with clay on the pottery wheel.
Hand-Building & Sculpture
Create fun and functional pieces by hand, learning and refining your skills with slabs, coils, and pinch pots. You’ll also learn how to creatively apply texture and colour with underglazes and glazes.
